Little Pear Tree is a detached bungalow style property with an open plan lounge (with double sofa bed) , kitchen & dining area and a SEPARATE double bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. (all bedding and linen provided) plus luxury shower room, fitted and furnished to a high standard.
The kitchenette is fully fitted including a slimline dishwasher. There is also a combination microwave oven with grill, an air fryer and toaster.
Within walking distance of pretty and popular Stock village with it's wealth of cosy pubs and well known restaurants.
Little Pear Tree is a short drive from the wedding venues of Stockbrook, Crondon and Greenwoods, which makes it an ideal short term location for wedding parties, their family and friends.
We live in the cottage next door and are always happpy to help where we can.
