Please note that we, the hosts, also live at the property. Therefore, we kindly request that check-in is from 3pm to 8pm to allow us to show you in and hand over the keys. Please provide an ETA when you can so we can ensure we are here to welcome you. Should you require a later check-in, please contact us prior to booking. You will be staying in a lovely large, double-aspect bedroom in Southwater, near Horsham, West Sussex. Close to buses to Horsham, Crawley, and Worthing. The house itself is a detached property and one driveway parking space is provided for your use. We also have a secure area to store up to 2 bikes. Your room has a double bed, desk, sofa, drawers, wardrobes with hanging and shelves. USB charging from sockets and lamps, power, and charging available under the desk. A breakfast basket is provided (see pictures) along with filtered water and kettle. Access to a microwave oven is also provided. You have your own bedroom with a double bed and living/work area with a desk and sofa. Your own bathroom, across the landing from your room. Your room is lockable and upon arrival, you will be handed the keys for the main entrance, your room, and also the small safe (located in wardrobe). Own bathroom across the landing with soap, shower and bath products, and towels. Gowns are available in the wardrobe if you wish to use them for going to and from the bathroom. Smoking is not allowed in the house. An ashtray is provided outside the front door, where you can smoke if required. No visitors without prior agreement.

Matt and Jeremy live here with our two, very friendly, chihuahuas, Lando and Yogi. We are both semi-retired and love meeting new people. We take great pride in the room we offer and thrive on the positive feedback we have received so far. Any not-so-positive feedback is taken on board, and where possible, improvements are made. I think our review score speaks for itself and we really do offer good value for money.
