The property includes a full-sized bathroom with a shower and bath facilities. For entertainment, there is a large TV with Netflix. The main village and local attractions are only a 5-minute walk away. Our self-contained annexe in 'The Old School Studios' is perfect for your Cornwall holiday. It’s a cosy, bright space suitable for families, couples, or business trips. **We may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorised parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use.

The town centre is only 100m away. Stroll down the hillside to explore the harbour and local attractions, perusing the local shops and restaurants. You'll be surrounded by the sea, Victorian architecture, and lush green hills.
