Property information

Maple Lodge is our brand new serviced accommodation, consisting of three luxurious 3-bedroom apartments. Each apartment offers an open-plan living/dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with ample storage and high-spec bathrooms with power showers. The living areas are incredibly spacious and provide a true ‘own home’ experience with a flat screen HD TV, comfortable seating and a dining area. Each apartment consists of three stylish bedrooms with one double or two single beds, fresh linen, bedside tables, spacious wardrobes, chest of draws and a dressing table. Sockets are conveniently situated around the bedrooms. The ultra-modern kitchens are well-equipped with top of the range cooking and laundry appliances; including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, an oven, a hob, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils ready for use. We provide complimentary essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and cereals. The bathrooms are fitted with high powered bath/shower facilities and include towels and complimentary toiletries. The property is conveniently located a short 15-min drive from Reading Town Centre and Station. The No 6 bus stop offers a direct service into Reading Town Centre. The nearest airport is London Heathrow, via the M4 motorway. Extra enticing amenities include a free on-site parking space, per apartment and complimentary weekly linen changes for stays over 10 nights. Please note, the next door property is currently undergoing construction works between 09:00 - 17:00

Neighbourhood information

The property is located on a quiet residential road, opposite a lovely open space park - perfect for picnics and walks on sunny days! There is a large supermarket, Lidl, a mere 5-min walk from the property and a number of local eateries, also within walking distance. Green Park Business Park and Madejski Football Stadium, home to Reading FC, are a 20-min walk. The No 6 Emerald bus will take you to Reading Town Centre, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
