Mengarth is a substantial detached house a few yards from the sea in the charismatic fishing village of Cadgwith. The house has reverse level accommodation and sleeps eight people. On the first floor are the sitting room, kitchen and dining hall plus one bedroom and bathroom. There are three further bedrooms on the ground floor plus two shower rooms. Accessed from the kitchen is a patio with furniture while the outlook from the steep terraced garden is unbeatable (be sure to take care on the steps). There is off road parking for two cars. Note: The steps up through the terrace garden are very steep and some steps are higher than average, with no hand rail.
