An ideal stay-away-home for working away, business travel or adventures with family or friends. We’ve prepared this two-storey home with TLC and everything in place to make it a home from home so you can quickly settle in. Bedrooms: Three stylish bedrooms for a good night’s rest for up to 6 guests. One bedroom offers a generous King size bed, the next bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a small single bunk bed (176cm length and 100kg / 15 Stone weight limit per bunk - not suitable for tall people) Kitchen: Light, spacious, designer style. Fully equipped with hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer; everything you need if you like to cook. There's a handy breakfast bar too. Lounge / Diner: Calming lounge with 2 large sofas to sink in to and a smart TV so you can simply relax. Open plan dining with a large dining table for 6 to enjoy your take away or home cooked meal. Laundry room: Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Ironing board, clothes horse. Wifi: Ultrafast Virgin Media WiFi so you can stream your favourite shows, surf the net or get on with your work; online meetings. Bathroom: Upstairs is a generous size 3-piece bathroom suite with a walk-in shower. Back Garden: A private secure garden and patio area. Location: Near enough to get to the buzz of the big city but not right in the hustle and bustle. It’s on a quiet tree lined street, everything you need is nearby within a short walk or metro ride. Metro station for the tram is a 2 minute walk to get straight to the city centre. Whitefield offers a wide range of lovely cafes, famous Slatery patisserie, some cool restaurants, trendy bars & pubs, shops, supermarkets and parks. 2 minutes drive from the M60 / M62 / M66 / M61 motorways making it a super central base for the Northwest! Parking: Private drive for 1 car and ample free on-street parking in front of the house Pets: Want to bring your dog with you? Chargeable Pet Stay option available on request.

Perfectly located on a lovely tree lined quiet road, close enough to all the action of Manchester but not right in the hustle and bustle. Near by Some lovely restaurants, bars, bakery, take-aways, convenience shops, supermarkets and parks. Besses o'th'barn Metrolink station is a few minutes walk away to get direct into Manchester. Just two minutes drive from the M62 / M60 / M66 & M61 so a great place to access so many areas of the Northwest.
