🌟 Located on all levels throughout the building, these refurbished rooms offer 14 sq m of space and great value for money. Each ensuite features a small double bed with under-bed storage, a private bathroom, a modern-style study desk, and a comfortable chair. The building includes access to an on-site gym and is just a short walk from Leeds city centre, with convenient bus routes nearby. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ✅ Please be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans. ✅ Please note that ensuite single rooms do not include kitchen access. ✅ We will be meeting you to check you in, so it's important that you let us know your Check-in Time as soon as possible. Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm and midnight, there will be an additional charge. Late arrivals without prior notice may not be accommodated. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your Student ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay. The building is a short walk from the centre of Leeds and bus routes also run nearby. Leeds Beckett University, the University of Leeds, and Leeds Arts University are all within a 10-20 minute walk.
