The independent 4-star New Forest Lodge is located on the A36 just a mile from the edge of the New Forest within the National Park. This guest house comes with free Wi-Fi and the en suite rooms each have a flat-screen TV. Located halfway between Southampton and Salisbury (approximately 9 miles from each), the New Forest Lodge makes the ideal base for a weekend getaway to the New Forest, Winchester, Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight; not to mention the many yachting and beauty spots of the neighbouring counties of Hampshire and Dorset. The on-site Royal Jaipur Indian restaurant and bar has been refurbished to provide a range of delicious dishes in contemporary surroundings.

Welcome to The New Forest Lodge. We are a purpose-built guest house designed with modern comfort in mind and we provide all the amenities needed to ensure our guests are met with bundles of homely charm. We are situated on the northern edge of the New Forest National Park, only a 10-minute drive from the M27 and approximately halfway between Southampton and Salisbury. Visitors flock to get in touch with nature, soak up the rich local cultural heritage or partake in some of the many family friendly activities and we can provide the perfect base for your visit. Our rooms are beautifully spacious, and all equipped to a high standard with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV’s and free internet access. All our rooms come with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards so we have your basic needs covered. We are proud to offer family rooms which can be set up with extra beds depending on your needs. Free private parking is available on site, and free Wi-Fi that is accessible throughout. There is an Indian restaurant next door and our local Pub the Landford Poacher is a 2-minute walk away, further eateries can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
