A 150 year old Victorian townhouse restored and opened as a boutique accommodation and art gallery. Located just a short walk to the historical old town in Lincoln, UK. Within 5 min walk to Cathedral, Castle and all the bars, bistros and restaurants. 

 Created by artist Kamila CK for art lovers, designers, creatives and people looking to stay somewhere quirky and unique. Part of artist’s initiative to create art-enriched stays that immerse guests into imagination and the power of colours. The colour has a power that directly influences the soul. For many years artists have believed that color can dramatically affect moods, feelings, and emotions. With this in mind, the space was designed to immerse guests in contemporary art works and colours. The ground floor comprises of an open plan dining room and living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and an office. There is also a private outdoor space at the back of the house.

Kamila CK is an interdisciplinary artist based in Lincoln, UK. Polish born, she has lived and worked in the UK since 2007. She holds a Master's Degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford, UK and worked with leading hospitality brands in London and abroad. Since becoming an artist in 2018, her paintings and performences have been exhibited in London, France and Italy. Kamila lives in Lincoln and continues to work in London and internationally. No. 2 Boutique Art Townhouse was created with Kamila's husband, Julian as a creative twist on a traditional hotel and art gallery experience.

Property is located 3min walk to the Newport Arch (the start of uphill Lincoln known as the Bailgate area containing numerous bars, restaurants, boutiques and markets). It is by far the most historic and picturesque part of Lincoln. Within 10min walk you can also reach the High Street, Marina and Lincoln University. The house is also very close to local amenities on Burton Road including co-op, boutique shops and take aways. There is free on street parking.
