Beautiful Cottage in the North Laine just 3 minute walk from the Station you are right in the Heart of Brighton.
This recently completely refurbished cottage is in immaculate condition, and has everything you need to make your stay in Brighton the most enjoyable one ever.
Entrance from Frederick Gardens which is a cute little alleyway near to the Award Winning Pond Pub, with enclosed table and chairs for morning coffee leading to the front porch and door to..
Lounge with Dining area fitted with WIFI and 42inch Smart TV with Netflix, ample Kitchen with everything you need including Kettle, Toaster, and Coffee Machine and lovely Shower Room and WC to the rear of the cottage.
Upstairs are two small but adequate bedrooms and a a spacious and private Sun Lounge Balcony.
Well behaved Pets are welcome at Sunny Cottage and Parking can be arranged, as well as a fully kitted out Beach Hut on the Promenade is available on request
