Peartree Serviced Apartments was opened in 2010, and has most recently been extended and renovated in 2019/20. We aim to offer the comfort, security, and service of a hotel, with the facilities and space of your own apartment.

Our simple self check in kiosk makes checking in and out simple and quick. Just enter your booking number or surname into the kiosk and it will dispense your apartment key. Payments will be taken remotely either before or shortly after check in. Our fully equipped apartments come with everything you need to turn up and enjoy your time: a full kitchen, linens, towels, soaps, parking and a welcome breakfast. If you are in Salisbury for work we will do our best to make you feel at home. We offer frequent guests personalised storage so you can leave food and personal items between stays.
