The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave fridge, dishwasher, woodburning stove, dining seating for six, a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV, and a lower-ground-floor utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with zip/link, and two king-size, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture, rear multi-level garden with patio, lawn, as well as one roadside parking space available in front of the property. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You can enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the parkland at Waterhead, while a walk in the opposite direction, following Stock Ghyll through woodland, will bring you to the breathtaking waterfall of Stock Ghyll Force.
