Due to the style of the apartments building, there are steep stairs leading to the apartments and studio rooms, and no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Special menus will apply for all guests wishing to dine in the hotel on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with pre-booking essential. The hotel will contact you with further information and prices.

Apartment and Studio check-in: Guests will check-in at the main Queens Hotel & Spa. The apartments are located in the Queens Hotel Apartments building next door to the main hotel.
