The thermostat will shut down and the property won't be heated up. -Please don't turn off the radiator or cover the radiator in the living room with anything to avoid malfunctioning of the smart thermostat -Windows are to be closed, lights and heating turned down to 18C each time you leave the house to avoid unnecessary energy waste -Shut all Windows and doors whilst central heating is on -No indoor smoking, no drugs and no firearms -Extra fee charged for additional cleaning if property is trashed or messed up. please, tidy up after yourselves and use the bins outside -No house parties/no events -No unregistered guests without our consent -No instant local guest booking without our consent -No anti-social behaviour -Quiet time is between 9pm and 10am -Keep noise down to a minimum.
