A private family business, the operators are born and bred in the Highlands of Scotland and have experience dating back to 1968. This part of the business has been established now for almost 20 years. Whatever guests may need while staying in the Highlands we will endeavour to connect you at the same time we fully respect your privacy and need for peace, quiet and discretion. A modern take on Highland tradition. Apartments at Rosedene Highland House are a little different from most Serviced Apartments in the Scottish Highlands. Our goal was to create a safe and comfortable place for our guests to stay while they experience a part of Scottish history, Rosedene Highland House was originally built in the 1880's as residential home. In 1940 it become the first Maternity Hospital to open in the Highlands. With original period features, Rosedene Highland House is full of character, it’s quirky and warm with a homely charm. With Ness Islands at the doorstep you can enjoy the best of the surrounding location with an easy route into the deeper mysterious Highlands. Rosedene Highland House is a Victorian gem with an extensive local heritage, its history interweaved with that of Inverness and the Highlands themselves. Amenities include our own dedicated hyper optic symmetrical fibre line which we have brought directly into the building and it is not shared with any external source. The surrounding area is one of the most sought after residential postcode areas in Inverness, the Highland Capital. Centrally located just at the edge of the City Centre the location offers peace and calm yet close enough to access the City Centre and many other amenities by foot. Traditionally the area is known to locals as Lower Drummond and Island Bank.
