Ocean View is one of 103 privately owned apartments. A very unique property as it's right on the seafront with uninterrupted sea views. It is surrounded by Mount Edgecumbe country park and also adjacent to the South West coast path.

We love welcoming guests to our studio, as we are passionate about the building and the whole area, such a great area of outstanding natural beauty, we are so lucky to live in. We have a boat and love fishing and will readily give you any tips on the local species caught. ships

Guests love the local walks to Mount Edgecumbe country park, house and gardens, also the small shops and cafes. Then there are the fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, ( Cornwall's Forgotten Corner) with its pubs/restaurants, small shops and beaches. Guests also love sitting on the balcony watching the Cawsand Ferry going back and forth, the Brittany Ferry and the various boats going in and out of Plymouth's Devonport Dockyard and visiting cruise ships, or just sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sun go down. In August Plymouth hosts the annual British Fireworks Championships with the harbour wall being a great vantage point. Also there is the passenger ferry at Cremyll taking you to Plymouth and the Royal William Yard that has several events, food markets etc.
