Hi I'm Tom, I have lived in the UK since 2003. I used to work in London and Beijing in different corporates and consulting firms, now live with my family between London and Brighton. Although only 1 hour's train journey from London, Brighton has a distinctively laid back, bohemian and cosmopolitan feel, and we are loving it here.

Enjoy Brighton in this brand new stylish city centre top floor flat in a period style building, overlooking the sea & i360 on one side and Western Road on the other. The flat is as central as you can get in Brighton, an easy walk to all main attractions Brighton has to offer and only 4 minutes' walk to the sea front. Inside the flat it is bright and airy. You will also enjoy the large private terrace with a view to the sea and i360. The flat is situated next to a quiet residential square close to Churchill Square Shopping Centre and Western Road (one of Brighton's main shopping streets), it is a 4-5 minutes' walk to the sea front and the Brighton Centre. The flat features modern neutral decor and styling, high ceilings, a newly fitted integrated kitchen with all essential appliances, cooking tools and cutleries, new luxury bathroom suite, new oak flooring and carpets, LED downlights, and a large private roof terrace with a view of the sea and i360. With two well proportioned double bedrooms and one open kitchen/lounge equipped with a double sofa bed.

Whether you are here for the beach, shops, galleries, museums, festivals, concerts or conferences, this is the ideal base for you to explore Brighton. You are literally in the heart of Brighton. Churchill Square Shopping Centre and Western Road are right around the corner, the beach and the Brighton Centre are 2 minutes' walk away. It is also just a short walking distance to Brighton Pier, Brighton mainline train station, the Lanes, British Airways i360, Royal Pavilion, Aquarium, cafes, pubs, night clubs, shops, restaurants, museums, galleries and theatres and much more. Coming out of the apartment building in front of you is the lovely small Clarence Square gardens. Turning left, you will arrive at the Churchill Square Shopping Centre in 1 minute; turning right, you will step onto Brighton’s commercial hub Western Road momentarily. Why not enjoy a pint at the local pub Pull & Pump next door; and if you look carefully you will find the discreet entrance to Brighton Little Theatre next to the pub.
