An extra-large double room, light and beautifully decorated in a peaceful Victorian Terraced family house. Situated in a quiet leafy street with Nun's Moor Park at the bottom of the road which leads onto the Town Moor - a large green open space. The City Centre is within 15 minutes walking distance. The room contains a comfortable double bed; three wardrobes; two chests of drawers; a table and chairs; and a leather arm chair. There is a kettle; wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs; tea, coffee, milk, sugar, horlicks, hot chocolate; bottled water, biscuits and fresh fruit. There is a hair dryer, radio, alarm clock, books and CD's. Towels, dressing gowns, slippers and hot water bottles are provided. A choice of a Full English or a Continental Breakfast is served in the dining room.

Newcastle Airport is within 15 minutes drive. Newcastle University; The Royal Victoria Infirmary; the Freeman Hospital and St James Park Football Stadium are within 5 minutes by car. The B&B is linked with Iles Tours a Trip Advisor 5 star rated Tour Company offering high quality guided tours of Newcastle and Durham and day excursions of the North East of England.
