Southwold, is ideal for workers, families and friends who want to meet up in Bridlington and stay somewhere comfortable and private. The house sleeps a total of 6 people there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms, so suits 1 big family or 2 small families, or a mixture of friends/colleagues. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower, the second shower/toilet are downstairs. The lounge is large with two big sofas and TV. There is WIFI and a desk/office area to sit and work if you need to. The dining table comfortably sits 6 and has views into the garden, and the sun trap patio area, the kitchen is fully stocked with Gas Cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The house is detached & sits in its own grounds which makes it ideal for children to play safely in the garden, there's giant Jenga & other garden games stored in the summer house. You can take your dog for a quick walk around the field or head towards the coast. The house is just outside Bridlington and you can walk into Old Town where there are a few restaurants and bars. The North & South beaches, Supermarkets & shops, Golf Courses and Harbour are a 5 minute drive away. All visitor attractions are nearby

I grew up in Bridlington and lived at Southwold as a child, I spent all my summers on the beach, swimming in the sea or building massive pools after the tide had gone out. We welcome you to use this lovely family home so you too can create happy memories. The house stands in its own grounds and you have sole occupancy and privacy throughout your stay.

From Southwold you can walk into the Old Town , where many buildings remain unchanged over time - it was recently used as the location for 'Dad's Army', carrying along you pass a few pubs and restaurants and then you come out to the BayleGate and Bridlington Priory - which can be seen from all parts of Bridlington. 2/3 miles gets you onto either beach or town , further a field there are many interesting villages and historic places and houses to visit. Close by is Flamborough Head, Danes Dyke and for bird lovers - Bempton Cliffs. For children, they may enjoy a trip out to John Bull Rock Factory - more information on what to do is documented in a file in the dining room.
