We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Sparrows Nest is a comfortable three bedroom home with four beds in three bedrooms and one bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. The third bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath, WC and wash basin. The home has central heating throughout with electric hot water. The home benefits from a private garden with seating area - the perfect place to relax after a busy day working. Sparrows Nest is ideal for those working in and around Oxford, as there is a direct bus into Oxford that takes roughly 45 minutes and there is a large supermarket 15 minutes drive away.
