Spire View is in a peaceful part of Lyndhurst, and only 2 mins walk to the High Street and 5 mins walk from your doorstep is access to the open forest. At the rear of the property, there is undercover storage for equipment for children (pushchairs, etc), there is also a facility for bicycle storage but please bring your own locks. There are two parking spaces, one of which is on the driveway and the other is roadside, outside the property. We offer superfast fibre broadband for your convenience along with Netflix for entertainment. Bedroom one has an ensuite with WC and shower, there is also a family bathroom next to bedroom 2 that also has a shower attachment. Bedroom 2 has a smart tv with Netflix. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets due to other guests who may have allergies to pet hair.
Welcome to our holiday home. My husband Rob and I have three grown-up children and a dog. We have lived in the forest for most of our lives and enjoy walking our two dogs around the area. We only live 20 minutes away so we are always available to help with any advice you may need during your stay with us. We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable time in the Capital of the New Forest. We have tried to think of everything you might need in our home to make things relaxing and comfortable for you on your New Forest holiday. I can also offer a babysitting service at competitive rates. I have been babysitting for over 21 years, have a DBS and my own insurance.
Our unique, brand new ground floor apartment offers a relaxing home from home environment. It comprises an open-plan reception area and two good sized bedrooms. The accommodation is light and airy with a feeling of space and an ideal location for families. Spire View is located centrally within the wonderful village of Lyndhurst, often referred to as the Capital of the New Forest. Enjoy beautiful countryside on the doorstep and be spoiled with an array of restaurants, cafés and local shops. There are plenty of places of interest to explore for all ages. You can walk 5 minutes from your doorstep onto the open forest and meet all the ponies. However, please do not be tempted to feed them as they can bite or kick. Alternatively you can hire bicycles from the bicycle hire shop In the village. We have storage at the rear of the property for bikes. We are a stones throw from other villages In the forest, the seaside and not forgetting 'Peppa Pig World' at Paultons Park which is only 20 minutes drive away. There is something for everyone in the New Forest National Park.
