Cosy but spacious cottage in a village setting, with direct access to the path to Chatsworth House and Park. The cottage is located in the village of Baslow in the heart of the Peak District and is on the bank of the river.It is in walking distance of the pubs and restaurants in the village.
Although there are 7 beds (3 doubles and a single) it is possible to put in extra beds for up to 3 extra people on sofa bed and extra beds.
We feel that your holiday is for you to enjoy however you want and we respect your privacy. Obviously if there is an emergency then we require access to the property and we are available if you should have any concerns
The village setting is quiet but close to the bustling town of Bakewell where there are further shops, restaurants and pubs as well as a rich history. Chatsworth House can be accessed via the road by car or you can take a walk through the parkland on the path in front of the house.
A car is ideal for getting to the cottage but there are busses to Chesterfield and Bakewell. There is a train station in Chesterfield which has links to the major cities.
