The Annexe is a new addition to our property which is close to the water in Shaldon, just across the Teign Estuary from Teignmouth. The Annexe has its own parking space and separate entrance with stairs leading down to a bright and beautiful living room. The front of this room is all glass by way of a full set of bi-fold doors leading out to your own garden space with a patio for relaxing and perhaps a glass of wine whilst taking in he view. There is a kitchenette unit in the living rom with a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Please note there is no hob or oven. The room is very comfortable with an L-shaped sofa, a table for eating and a flat screen TV with BT channels (but not the sports channels!). Up a couple of steps to a really cosy bedroom with a super king bed that is, according to those that have stayed so far, really comfortable. There is another TV in this room and a small separate dressing room area. Last but not least is a small but perfectly formed bathroom with a decent shower. You have views over the garden, which is full of wild flowers in the summer months, and across to the river estuary.

We live above the annexe and are around most of the time and very happy to help in any way we can. There is information in The Annexe about local walks, things to do, pubs and restaurant's etc. We can send this information to you in advance of your stay or talk you through it when you arrive, If you are coming at the busiest times, schools holidays and bank holidays, definitely best to book somewhere to eat in advance if you want to eat between 7 and 9pm.

We are just out of the centre of Shaldon so you are close to the action but far enough away to not be bothered by too many cars and too many people if that is your preference. It takes just a few minutes, maybe 8 to max 10, to walk into the centre of the village with 1 hill to negotiate, but nothing too arduous!
