Property developer and upholster I am passionate about sustainability and whee possible have incorporated pre used materials. The sofa and chairs have been upholstered in designer fabrics offering a unique touch to the apartment.

Newly build for 2022 season the one bedroom ground floor property open plan apartment is light sorry and stylish. It features a beautiful double bedroom to the front full bathroom with a shower over the bath and a spacious lounge dining kitchen. The kitchen has a full size oven, induction hob, microwave and under counter fridge freezer.

Meriden is the historic centre of England and the property is just 6.5 miles from the NEC. Birmingham International And a short drive to the city’s of Coventry and Birmingham. Meriden offers a choice of pubs and restaurants along with a parade of shops.
