Our guest rooms are individually designed, 3 of which come with a terrace which overlook our beautiful pond with resident ducks! The Bed & Breakfast is entirely separate from the proprietors' accommodation and consist of Luxury, Double, Twin and Family rooms each with modern ensuite bathrooms that have beautiful showers. We aim to provide a safe, secure, comfortable, friendly, relaxed yet professional environment for all our guests. We want our guests to have an enjoyable and memorable stay in North Norfolk - be it a long weekend break or a holiday visit, your enjoyment is paramount. All rooms are well equipped with Digital TVs' and tea & coffee making facilities are provided. Fridges, radios, bottled water, herbal teas, hot chocolate, wine glasses with bottle opener, hairdryers, thermostatically controlled radiators are in all rooms. An iron and ironing board are also available on request, you will want for nothing! There will be several rooms that are dog friendly for well behaved dogs with an enclosed exercise area in the grounds. Due to Covid-19, breakfasts will be a deluxe continental breakfast delivered in a hamper to the guest's room or in the dining room socially distanced or on one of the terraces in the garden. We have solar heating on our hot water system, making our showers steaming hot after a hot sunny day, and we also have solar heating on our outdoor swimming pool, which means from the months of May & June depending on the weather the pool is naturally heated ready for the summer.
