the bed and breakfast property is a ground floor annex to a modern farmhouse with its own front door.It comprises two ensuite bedrooms ( one twin,one double ) and a large lounge with TV and woodfire burner and there are tea/coffee facilities plus fridge and micro wave. There is free WIFI and ample parking. The property is in an elevated and rural setting and is surrounded by its own paddocks where flocks of sheep graze.A large well maintained garden frames the house with its orchard , flower borders and walled garden flowing down to the lake with its rushes and lilies. The property is approached by a long lime tree avenue.
I am a retired farmer who reared sheep and racehorses and my wife Linda have had 3 boys who are now grown up and two grand children.
The property is in a small village with country pub with good food and ale .This part of East Anglia is Cromwell Country and Oliver was brought up in the historic market town of Huntingdon within easy reach.Cambridge is 45 minutes away..
The country round about is wooded and within 10 miles is Grafham Water for sailing and fishing enthusiasts and there are several golf courses in the area.We are 2 miles from the A14 which links to the M1/M6
