My name is Paul Kelly and and after graduating from Birmingham University with an Engineering degree in the 1990s and working for a large American company in Central Asia decided on a change of career and for the last 25 years have been involved with accommodation including my own property business in Florida, now back home have been the General Manager for The Printwork apartments for the past 7 years.

The Picture House Liverpool has arrived ! We can say without hesitation that The Picture house is the best apartment complex in Liverpool without comparison. Arriving each guest if travelling by car will be allocated their own personal car park space and once checked in at our Movie themed reception will be transported via an ultra modern marble lift to their apartment...your experience has just begun. All guests will experience the glamour and glitz of new Hollywood with ultra modern furnishing and unique lighting but with artwork from the our favourite movies of the past given that the Picture house was a former cinema. All apartments have a very modern feel, each with a high gloss white kitchen with integrated oven,microwave and washing machine with seating for all around the granite work tops but details including exposed original oak beams and exposed brickwork to give it that New your Penthouse feel Most of the apartments are duplex with either balcony or private outside seating area. The overall effect of these new and exciting apartments are of quality and class as no detail has been overlooked as this has been a labour of love that we feel is unsurpass

The Scotland Road area is a famous old district of Liverpool that is being transformed to incorporate new shops and restaurants.
