Property information

The Village Inn is run as a quiet licensed guest house, not open to non-residents. Situated conveniently off the M74 in the quiet rural hamlet of Kirtlebridge, 9 miles from Lockerbie and 4.5 miles from Annan. If you are looking for a warm welcome then this is the overnight stop for you. We are very dog friendly. In the county of Dumfriesshire which is often referred to as the hidden gem of Scotland. Ideally situated for visiting Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and the lakes being about 1 1/2 hours away from the all. It is also only 6 miles away from the 'Wedding Capital of Britain' - Gretna Green. There are many activities available in the area - golf, shooting, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, go karting, walking, cycling, visitor attractions, sight seeing and shopping. The pub has 6 letting rooms - 3 ensuite doubles, an ensuite family room with a double and 2 single beds, an ensuite triple room with a double and a single bed.and an ensuite twin room. All the rooms offer tea/coffee making facilities, TV with freeview, and a fridge. All the rooms look out over the village of Kirtlebridge and the surrounding countryside.
