With beautiful countryside views and a comfortable and stylish interior you might not want to leave this stunning contemporary barn conversion with a hot tub on Anglesey, but if you can tear yourself away you will find a wealth of places to visit within a short drive of the property. Ynys Mon may only be a small island but it has a lot to offer; this captivating island is known for its stunning natural landscapes, from rugged cliffs to sandy coves and unspoilt countryside. One third of the island has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it's not hard to see why; the island is home to an abundance of wildlife, its coastal areas offer breathtaking views while inland areas include picturesque countryside and charming villages. With 125 miles of stunning coastline Ynys Mon is a haven for hikers who can enjoy the scenic Anglesey Coast Path or a number of circular walking routes. There are also many beautiful beaches to discover including Benllech, Red Wharf Bay and Cemaes Bay; surfers and windsurfers should head to the west coast to Rhosneigr or Trearddur Bay. Nature lovers will be delighted by the variety of coastal wildlife including porpoises and puffins; head to South Stack cliffs, the aptly named Puffin Island, or Penmon Point for a chance to observe these charming birds during the early summer months. Alternatively head inland to Llyn Cefni Reservoir for a glimpse of warblers, wrens and the perhaps even an elusive kingfisher. Our beautiful, native red squirrels can be found at Plas Newydd, Newborough Forest and Nant Y Pandy Nature Reserve.
