Valley View, a self contained annexe, boasts beautiful spacious living with stunning views situated in the village of Seaton Valley. The studio annexe is located just 100 yards from the beach and Seaton Country Park. You will also find Plymouth, Britains Ocean City and other Cornish beaches within reach. The newly built annexe offers open plan living with underfloor heating, tv and wifi. This idyllic location is perfect for couples wanting to embrace both the countryside and beach setting.

We are a young couple who have set up our self contained annexe as retreat for travellers and holiday makers. We live next door, the annexe is self contained and a separate property. Therefore we are at hand to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Seaton is a village on the south coast of Cornwall, at the mouth of the River Seaton 3.8 miles east of Looe and ten miles west of Plymouth. The village is in the civil parish of Deviock. The village stretches inland along the River Seaton valley. It has two pubs, a beach café, and some shops. Seaton has a family friendly south facing beach and the nearby Seaton Valley Countryside Park and Nature reserve is home to wildlife, including otters and kingfishers and also offers great cycling and walking opportunities. The picturesque working harbours at Looe and Polperro are within an easy driving distance away, and the wonderful stretches of the South West Coast Path in this part of Cornwall take you to rocky coves, dramatic headlands and tales of shipwrecks and smugglers. Further afield is Plymouth, where you will find plenty to see and do, including a marine aquarium, a theatre, large shopping centres and the historic Barbican waterside area.
