This cosy 1 bedroom flat is on the top floor. The view is incredible, whatever the season. We provide bread, milk and a breakfast basket with cereal, different flavours of jam and marmalade for our guests to enjoy. The balcony is a great place to sit and admire the view, soak up the sunshine or enjoy a meal outside with the gorgeous outlook over the water. Dolphins and seals often visit so look out for them! The flat is located about a 10 minute walk into the town centre or just 2 minutes drive. Largs has so much to offer, including pubs, cafes, restaurants, weekend market, shops and a ferry to the Isle of Cumbrae (Millport). There is also a regular bus link right outside the flat to Glasgow, which runs every 15 minutes. There is no lift at the property.

As the flat is located just outside of the town, the area is quiet and peaceful. You can sit out on the balcony day or night and feel rather private and relaxed as the hustle and bustle is a little up the road. If you are looking to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Largs then you have that option too just a shot walk or drive away. The flats have a vey relaxed and laid back feel.
