Established in 2013, Megzina Ltd has been managing properties within the Nottingham NG6 and NG7 areas. Properties vary in size from 4 beds to studios. Guests stay anywhere from 1 night to several months. We do long term stays too.

Newly refurbished 3 bedroom house - new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets, painted, new doors, new furniture. Each room has a desk with a lamp so you can work effectively. Wifi is throughout. There is Netflix on the TV. It is comfortable, warm and safe. Located on a promenade, no cars drive by so it's peaceful and tranquil with plenty of trees and greenery when you look outside. Escape from the hustle and bustle, yet you're just a 5 minute walk from The Forest Recreation Ground (which hosts lots of events including the annual Goose Fair in October) and there are plenty of shops and eateries (caribbean, turkish) within walking distance.

The property is in the Radford area. It is within walking distance of The Forest whch hosts various fun fairs such as Goose Fair and other events throughout the year. It is two tram stops from Nottingham Trent University law school in the centre of Nottingham. Its a fairly studenty neighbourhood. On the high road (Alfreton Road) there is a Tesco and plenty of fast food shops - pizza, chicken and chips, caribbean takeaway, turkish food, indian food and burgers etc., There is FREE on-street parking on either Limpenny Street right outside the studio or on the streets further along - such as Elmore Court or on Peveril Street. If arriving to Nottingham by train, the nearest tram stop (5 minute walk) is The High School or The Forest. There are numerous buses that go down Alfreton Road - 77, 77C, 78, 79, 79A, 79B.
