I am a single mum looking to make a better life for my family by starting a serviced accomodation and holiday let business. Longdale House is my first property! It is exciting yet very scary. Longdale House is a recently refurbished, bright & spacious, 3 bedroom home from home, located within a short drive from Chester City Centre, the beautiful Chester Racecourse and award winning Chester Zoo. With up to 5 separate beds, sleeping up to 5 guests, this house is perfect for a family, group of friends, or for a team of colleagues working in Chester. There is room for one vehicle on our driveway and plenty of free roadside parking. All hotel quality bedlinen and towels provided.

Longdale House is situated in a popular suburb of Chester with excellent proximity to all that the beautiful and historic city has to offer. There are very local shops, pubs and takeaways on the Parade, but everything you need can be found within 2 miles at the Greyhound Retail Park (supermarkets, fast food chains) Chester City Centre and the world famous racecourse are only 3 miles away, and Chester zoo takes 12 mins by car. The house is ideally placed as a base for exploring beautiful North Wales, with the border less than half a mile from the house and the North Wales Expressway in close proximity. We have off road parking and plenty of free on street parking is available outside the house. A regular bus service runs to town (details in our guest book) Sealand Road Park and ride is less than 1 mile away from the house and taxis are readily available from several reputable firms in Chester. Uber however, is yet to have much of a following here so booking a taxi in advance is advised, especially on busy races weekends. Chester Railway station is 13 mins away by car.
