The apartment is located in the very center of Tbilisi and less than 100 meters far from the following locations: Shota Rustaveli Avenue, Parliament of Georgia, Freedom Square, Metro Station “Freedom Square”, 3 main museums (including The National Museum of Georgia), Trade Center GTC, Hypermarket Carrefour, The Tbilisi Tourist Informational Center (here one can plan a tourist route) etc. The building itself, where the apartment is located is a historical one and is an object of Cultural Heritage Protection. The building was built in 1907. It is one of the most featured buildings of Tbilisi, built in a Modern Style. During the Soviet period it was an office of The Ministry of Finance of Georgian SSR and today is a living building with traditional Tbilisi courtyard, one of the coziest and the prettiest in the whole city.

The whole guest serving staff lives in the same building, speaking English and Russian. They are chosen for their hospitality.
