Keep it cool & simple at this centrally located place in Kolonaki. This fully renovated apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a typical residential building of Kolonaki neighbourhood. This is the perfect spot if you want to experience Kolonaki as a local.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in one of the most central neighborhoods of Kolonaki. Only one block away from the EVANGELISMOS metro station and 4 blocks away from the famous Kolonaki Square you are truly living it like a local. The apartment is only a few steps away from the Evangelismos Hospital. More than 10+ coffee/breakfast places in less than 20meters away and 24/7 delis. Car: You can park on Ipsilantou Str or Ploutarchou Str on the white painted spaces (or on any other white-painted space location). These are metered park spaces and you can use the MyAthensPark app to buy your time. Taxi: Just point to the address and you can come directly Metro/Bus: The closest stop is Evangelismos. From there you take the exit towards Evangelismos and you walk towards the apartment.
