My name is Michalis, I was born and raised in Rafina until I was 23 years old. In the last few years I have been active in business in Santorini - my place of origin, from where the apartment got its name CALDERA - until I returned this year to Rafina. I love to travel but at the same time I enjoy providing maximum service to my guests!

Property information

The apartment is located just above the port of Rafina offering stunning views of the port and the island of Evia opposite! From the port there is a ferry connection to many islands such as Evia, Mykonos, Tinos, Santorini, Andros etc. The airport is 11 km away and there is a connection by bus line or taxi station at 150 meters from the apartment. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance as well as Super Markets. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room - kitchen open space, balcony with sea view, 1 bathroom and 1 WC. There is air conditioning in the living room as well as a fireplace for the winter. A European breakfast with bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea and juice is offered free of charge. Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is at a distance of 20 km. It is possible to transfer upon agreement!

Neighbourhood information

It is a very beautiful neighborhood, 400 m from the center of Rafina. With a 2 minute walk you are in the center of Rafina where you will find many restaurants, cafes and Super Market. The main beach of Rafina, visible from the balcony, is a 5-minute walk away. Apart from the port, there is access to a taxi and bus station for transportation to the airport or the center of Athens.
