Aquila Villa is a beautiful, new built house, built on the top of a hill offering unobstructed 360° panoramic view over the north coast, the fertile countryside of Apokoronas and the mountains. The small, unspoiled village of Drapanos is 600m away, while the organized, sandy and shallow beach of Almyrida is 5.5km away. There are 2 taverns and a mini market in the village and for more choices you must drive to Plaka, 4.5km away. The villa is built on a 2000sq.m. fenced property. There are young fruit trees in the entrance, ornamental plants in planting beds, a big lawned area, 3 pergolas and a bbq; but the impressive focal point of the outdoor area is the huge, infinity, heated pool with the big children’s area. Every hour of the day the view is impressive but the sunset is magical – the sky is painted red and the lights of the villages turn on… The two floor villa consists of a large open concept area, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a wc. The entrance opens to a sunlit area with a vaulted wood ceiling. On the same floor there are two bedrooms - one ensuited double bedroom and one twin bedroom - one more bathroom and a wc. There is a sofa bed in the twin bedroom where one more person can comfortably sleep on. Wooden stairs lead to the upper level, where two ensuited bedrooms - one double and one twin - are found. There is a sofa bed for a child in the single bedroom.
