This beautiful and comfortable 75 sqm property consists of outdoor areas, a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet, and an outdoor shower. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has two parking spaces, and is very close to the beach. The accommodation features air conditioning (one unit in the main bedroom and another in the living room/kitchen, sufficient for all rooms of the main house). Additionally, there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the outdoor living area. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, fan, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and coffee makers for filter coffee, Italian espresso, and capsules. You have a comfortable and well-equipped private outdoor area with a garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue (under conditions), energy-saving lighting, and waste separation instructions.
