This 55m2 luxury hotel-suite-like apartment, our No.7, newly refurbished, airconditioned, excellently equipped, comfortably-furnished and art enhanced, is located 50 m. away from Kolonaki Sq. and its famous indolent life style, 15 minute easy stroll to the Acropolis Museum, close to Metro at Syntagma Sq., the Athens botanical gardens, a plethora of museums and art-galleries, alfresco-eateries and cafés and designer shopping - a cultural and a life-style paradise.

Our No 7, is a pied a Terre located in vibrant Kolonaki and a short pleasant stroll to some of the best museum in the world, such as the Byzantine, the Cycladic, the Benakis, whose Islamic Art collection is considered the second largest in the world, the Herod Atticus and the Dionisius Theatres, Pnyx, the oldest parliament in the world, the Aristotelian Peripatos (from which the world ‘peripatetic’ comes from), the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis itself and four major modern art galleries.
