City and Sand Suites has the name after its location as it really is in the city of rethymno and just around the long and nicest walking sandy beach !The area is very central with huge super markets ,tavernas ,shopping centers,sunbeds and sea sports by the sea,and just a ten minutes walk to the historical city center and the old town .Our holiday house is built on the ground floor and it has all the comforts and luxury as expected ,our 2 room apartment (5 pax maximum) has a big living room ,2 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms ,kitchen ,and a lovely green terrace with a private jacuzzi for the warm days to be . Next door house our 1 bedroom apartment (3 pax maximum) has a huge bedroom with a private bathroom and a living room area and the kitchen looking outside by the unique terrace (private jacuzzi)and the sitting area around the green and the sun .Both houses can accommodate under availability a group or family of 8 persons at once as it can be connected .

Walk our long distance Aegean Sea by the beach is to be found around the house ,old town center of Rethimno with the historic castle (fortezza)and the old Venetian harbour is at 10 minutes walk .Many super market ,plenty of coffee and bars ,and a step away is the big famous square of "Agios Georgios "in Rethymno .
