Our ground floor traditional stone house, near the sea, in a heavenly accessible garden of 1.5 acres, consisting of orange and lemon trees, is located in the center of the picturesque village of Limni, Evia. The house is 30 meters on foot from the sea, very close for walks, swimming, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, all directly accessible on foot, to explore the stone alleys and streets of Limni. The area of ​​the house is 70 sq.m., of which 20 sq.m. It is a covered outdoor space, accommodates up to 5 people, consists of a fully equipped living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. It has a private garage entrance, with exclusive parking for 2-3 cars, fast free internet, smart TV, private autonomous cooling and heating, so you can have an ideal stay all year round. The house is suitable for families, small groups, travelers with a love for nature and the sea. We suggest you have your breakfast or lunch under the covered patio, or enjoy your drink and your book on the sun loungers and hammock in our garden, under the orange and lemon trees, which offer a wonderful feeling of freshness and aromas.
