Blending home-like comforts with refined elegance, the Iconic Retreat is thoughtfully designed with unique touches, ensuring an extraordinary stay This enchanting residence spans an expansive 2,200m² outdoor space, featuring a private 50m² pool (1.10-1.40m depth) surrounded by premium sun loungers. Adults can unwind on the sun beds before indulging in al fresco dining by the gas BBQ, all while basking in the glow of the setting sun. The veranda serves as an idyllic spot for enjoying ice-cold G&Ts. An EV-charger for electric vehicles is also available.

 The home features four bedrooms with COCO-MAT Mattresses —two with en-suite bathrooms—plus one shared bathroom and a WC, and a Guest House with an additional living-kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. Accommodating up to 10 guests in real beds, with space for two additional guests—one on the sofa bed (0.90 x 2.00) in the common area of the main house, and one either on the sofa bed of the guest house or on a folding bed. *The villa is ideally situated near Crete's main thoroughfare, offering seamless access to many of the island's most cherished destinations. While this prime location ensures convenient travel, it is important to note that the road runs directly in front of the villa and can experience considerable traffic, which may result in occasional noise. Additionally, please be aware that reaching the beach requires crossing this road, so we kindly advise exercising caution when making your way to the shoreline. Climate Resilience Fee A 2,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
