The outdoor area provides a 55 m2 private swimming pool, Children’s pool, BBQ facilities, outdoor sitting and dining areas, Ping pong table and last but not least 100% privacy! -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15euro per night from April to October and 4euro per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located just next to the village “Atsipopoulo”, a well known village which has grown up fast in last 10 years and now is actually a small town and a suburb of Rethymno city. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. The spot of the villa is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away. Finally, the lively town of Rethymno, where you can find a big variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, all kinds of amenities, as well as a long organised sandy beach, is just a short drive away.
