El Gaia Guesthouse se encuentra en el bien conservado Dilofo, en el centro de Zagori y a 32 km de Ioannina. Ofrece habitaciones tradicionales con paredes de piedra, suelo de madera, chimenea y alfombras. Ocupa un edificio de 1886 cuidadosamente restaurado y dispone de 7 habitaciones elegantes, cada una con su propio estilo y decoración. Todas tienen ventanas con vistas al bosque y a la localidad. Podrá tomar bebidas locales tradicionales, ouzo y tsipouro. Cada mañana se sirve en el comedor un delicioso desayuno con pan casero, mermeladas, bollería y pasteles. El establecimiento cuenta con un precioso patio empedrado con vistas panorámicas a los alrededores.
