Isle of Olive is arranged over 3 levels, ground floor and first floor directly connected by an internal staircase and one independent studio on the lower ground floor. The ground floor features a large living/dining room, kitchen, WC, a laundry room and one double bedroom with its own bathroom. The living/dining room gives access to a large beautiful terrace with sitting areas offering a direct uninterrupted view of the Ionian sea whilst overlooking its own land of olive trees. Sunk in its own large terrace, and just a few yards from the villa, a big infinity swimming pool blends its colors with the blue Mediterranean and provides the sensation of being suspended upon the sea. As It’s depth ranges between 110 cm to 190 cm it is strongly advised that no child should be left to swim unattended. The first floor consists of 2 further double bedrooms; the master bedroom with a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe and another twin bedded bedroom with its own bathroom. The master bedroom, leads to its own private terrace which offers a panoramic view over the Ionian sea whilst the other double bedroom enjoys the same view from its private balcony. An external stone staircase leads to a fully equipped independent studio in the lower ground floor with its own sea view terrace, a kitchenette and a kings size bed which consists the fourth bedroom of the villa.
