In a quiet green village in the magnificent Ionian Sea near amazing destinations (Sivota, Parga Nekromanteio, Acherontas, Paxos,
Antipaxos, Corfu) is our stone house 81sqm, built in 2017, consisting of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. In the garden area there is a BBQ and a wood oven that you can use. There is also a front area with a vineyard, fruit trees and vegetables and a lawn of 600 sqm. Amazing beaches Kokkinos Vrachos beach bar, Nautilos at a distance of less than 5 km, or the magnificent Syvota (Bella Vraka, Mega Ammos, French Molos, Zambia, Mikri Ammos & Agia Paraskevi) at a distance of 15 km.
My family and I live downstairs so during your stay we will be happy to assist you with anything you need. There is also our dog , a friendly chocolate Labrador in a private area.
A quiet hospitable neighborhood, 2. 5 km away is the beautiful seaside Plataria with supermarket, cafes and taverns. Near the house, within 150 meters, there is a traditional café and a tavern.
Igoumenitsa is 15 km away (16' minutes driving ). There is private parking or there is plenty space to park in front of the house.
