Welcome to Villa Perla! The property is located in Agios Giannis in a country place with plenty of trees in a narrow private road. A fancy 3-floor building with a private entrance and a wide space for parking comfortably 3 or 4 cars and a relaxing private pool. As you enter the property you will find the central living room with the large sofa and a stylish dining area along with the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a big veranda that connects the pool area and the barbeque spot with the Villa . There are two sets of stairs . As you go downstairs, you can find a central space with a small kitchen and a double sofa bed and two bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two single beds . There is also a small bathroom with a shower. At that floor you can have access to the garden and the exterior from a back door. If you go to the 1st floor using the upgoing stairs you will also find two bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. There are also big balconies to enjoy the view. *** This is the perfect spot for a large family or group looking for privacy, comfort and authentic charm whilst being only a few minutes away by car from the sea and the cosmopolitan attractions of Corfu Town.
