The villa consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance and terrace with breathtaking sea views – every apartment can be inhabited individually by 2 – 4 persons. The apartments can also be booked individually. Our central apartment is wheelchair-friendly and features two spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds, air conditioning, and fitted wardrobes. The apartment's open-plan living area is bright and airy, with large patio doors that lead to a covered north-facing balcony offering stunning sea views. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home. The building is oriented towards the sea and all indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to offer the best possible impressive views. When you're ready to explore, the charming town of Kissamos is just 1.5km away, where you can experience traditional Cretan culture, visit the local shops and restaurants, or soak up the sun on the stunning nearby beaches. For colder days in spring and autumn, our villa also offers underfloor heating with a heat pump and a shared utility room with a washing machine and dryer is available for our guests.

Some of the most stunning beaches, such as Balos Lagoon, Falasarna, and Elafonisi, are just a quick drive away. Paleochora on the south coast is also worth a visit, with its many beautiful beaches.
