The 63m2 house has 2 bedrooms and a spacious private garden of 130m2. It is located only 50 meters by foot from the sandy beach of Nikiti and less than 10 minutes walk from the central shopping area with the restaurants, 20 minutes from the port and less than 5' minutes by car from the old traditional village of Nikiti with the stone houses. Nikiti, is situated at the magnificent Sithonia Peninsula, the second of the three beach – fingered peninsulas of Halkidiki. In Greek mythology, 'Galini', in greek 'Γαλήνη', the name of the complex of houses was a minor Goddess who personified the calm seas. The area is quiet as there is not a busy night place. Everyone who live in the housing complex followed the restrictions of good co-living with quiet hours 15:00-17:00.
