OIKOS Boutique Residences Private Estate is an architecturally designed private estate in Kefalonia, inspired by the Greek light, the natural landscape and the discreet luxury of simplicity. The estate consists of two independent residences (Oikos A & Oikos B), each with its own 32 m² private swimming pool and private jacuzzi, offering full autonomy and complete privacy. When reserved as the full estate — OIKOS TWIN — it provides a rare configuration of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 additional WC, generous indoor and outdoor areas, tranquil views and a total capacity of up to 20 guests (plus additional children). It is one of the very few estates in Kefalonia with this scale and layout, ideal for large families, groups of friends, retreats, celebrations and private events. The architectural study was completed by Xrysi Tomi SA – Golden Ratio, while construction and supervision were carried out by OIKOS Design & Constructions, with emphasis on bioclimatic principles, natural materials and clean structural lines.
